Project Overview

We are proud to partner with the Jal Shakti Department (PHE), Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, to accelerate the nationwide Jal Jeevan Mission. This flagship project involved the dedicated supply of over 100 kilometers of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes to establish functional tap water connections (FHTC) for every rural household under the Har Ghar Jal initiative. Navigating severe topographical challenges, our logistics team successfully executed hill-terrain deliveries. The piping infrastructure, manufactured to exacting IS 4984 standards using PE80 and PE100 grades, ensures optimal hydrostatic strength, freeze-thaw resilience, and long-term durability in high-altitude environments. This government supply project underscores our technical capability to deliver scalable, leak-proof, and corrosion-resistant fluid conveyance systems for large-scale rural water supply schemes.

Pipeline Specifications

The piping network was engineered to withstand high-altitude environmental stress, ensuring continuous hydraulic performance and structural integrity across fluctuating mountainous climates.

All pipes underwent rigorous factory acceptance testing (FAT) for hydrostatic pressure resistance, thermal stability, and impact strength to guarantee zero-leakage performance in remote rural topography.

Execution & Handover
