Project Overview

This landmark infrastructure project, executed for the State Irrigation Department, involved the end-to-end deployment of a highly efficient water distribution network spanning over 100 kilometers. Utilizing premium High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, we successfully delivered a leak-proof, corrosion-resistant, and highly durable irrigation infrastructure. The system is specifically engineered to optimize water conservation, minimize friction losses, and ensure a consistent, pressurized water supply to arid and agricultural lands. By replacing legacy canal systems with an advanced closed-pipe HDPE network, this project significantly boosts regional farming capabilities while promoting sustainable water management.

Pipeline Specifications

Engineered with virgin PE-100/PE-80 grade polymer to meet stringent hydraulic and hydrostatic requirements specified by the Haryana Irrigation & Water Resources Department.

All pipe batches underwent rigorous hydrostatic pressure testing and dimensional checks prior to dispatch, ensuring uninterrupted performance in demanding field conditions.

Execution & Handover

• ✔ Manufacturing & In-House Quality Assurance: Extrusion of PE-100 /PE-80 HDPE pipes with real-time wall thickness monitoring and internal laboratory validation.
• ✔ Third-Party Pre-Dispatch Inspection: Rigorous dimensional and pressure audits conducted by accredited testing agencies.
• ✔ Site Delivery, Trench Laying & Butt Fusion: Safe transit, offloading along designated canal corridors, and standardized fusion welding for continuous runs.
• ✔ Hydro-Testing & Final Departmental Handover: Field hydrostatic pressure testing, line charging, flow rate validation at outlets, and formal sign-off.
