Project Overview

Solanki Pipes is proud to have played a pivotal role in powering the agricultural infrastructure of Rajasthan through the flagship Indira Gandhi Nahar Pariyojana (IGNP) Pressurized Irrigation System. Executed for the Water Resources Department, Government of Rajasthan, this multi-package mega-project required robust, leak-proof, and highly durable water transport solutions. We successfully manufactured and supplied over 1200+ KM of HDPE pipes across vast and challenging terrains. Our supply chain extensively covered critical district networks including Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Churu, and Jodhpur. By delivering PE100 grade, IS 4984 compliant piping across major packages like GJLC Stage-II, Phalodi Lift Canal, and Rawatsar Works, we ensured that this extensive pressurized irrigation network will provide efficient, long-lasting water delivery to support India's agricultural future.

Pipeline Specifications

Engineered for high-pressure performance in demanding agricultural terrains, our high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes met the stringent technical and regulatory standards required for this large-scale government irrigation project.

All pipes supplied were fully manufactured in-house by Solanki Industries, strictly conforming to IS 4984:2016 standards and approved through rigorous third-party inspections.

Execution & Handover

• ✔ Factory Inspection & Quality Clearance: All manufactured HDPE pipes underwent extensive physical testing and witnessed inspections by CIPET at the factory premises prior to dispatch.
• ✔ On-Site Random Sampling & Approval: Upon receipt at the site stores, IGNP authorities selected random samples for additional third-party testing; material clearance for the lots was officially granted only after successful test results.
